Turbo Clean™ is the pre-disinfectant detergent Apollo formulates for its own bathing systems. It is step one of the CDC two-step clean and disinfect protocol we teach with every system we build: clean with Turbo Clean, then disinfect with Cid-A-L™ II, an EPA-registered quaternary disinfectant. Cleaning prepares the surface. Disinfecting completes the protocol. Neither step replaces the other.
One pre-disinfectant detergent instead of a shelf of cleaners
Turbo Clean removes the soils, grime, and occlusive barriers that bath oils and body washes leave behind. Use it on tub surfaces, walls, floors, shower rooms, and equipment. No dilution required: no mixing, no measuring, no jugs to carry between rooms.
Quaternary disinfectants require a cleaned surface to work as their labels direct. Turbo Clean is formulated to meet that pre-cleaning standard, so step two starts on the surface it needs.
Formulated for the equipment, not just the surface
On Advantage™ systems, Turbo Clean meters through the internal plumbing and jets as part of ThroughClean™, reaching what surface cleaning cannot. On whirlpool models with the Remedy™ UV system, it reduces build-up around the quartz tubes that house the UV bulbs, which protects the performance of the UV system between service visits.
Running Apollo liquids pays for itself twice. Regular use, about a case a month, extends your equipment warranty coverage: up to 8 years on the Advantage and 10 years on ReGen supporting equipment.
