Zach Papenhausen
Zach brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership and business development. Before joining Apollo Bath in February 2020, he was the Owner of TZ Holdings, LLC, and previously Director of Strategic Alliances at Fleetworthy Solutions. His professional journey is marked by a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors — a mission that aligns with his personal values. An alumnus of St. John’s University, Zach’s enduring friendship with co-owner Todd Binsfeld, which began during their college years, continues to shape their collaborative leadership at Apollo Bath.

Todd focuses on expanding the company’s reach and impact in the long-term care industry. His dedication to improving senior care is both professional and personal — he emphasizes the importance of safe and dignified bathing experiences for the elderly, and helped drive the development of the Advantage™ Bathing System. A graduate of St. John’s University, Todd’s long-standing friendship with Zach Papenhausen has fostered a company culture rooted in cooperation and shared values.
