Job Title: Regional Sales Associate

Summary: Drives Apollo product sales and strategic account development in support of company growth plans in the assigned territory. Represents Apollo with customers and actively manages the relationship and support to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work with Sales and Business Development to execute marketing initiatives and generate leads through a variety of media. Develop new client relationships and retain existing accounts. Build out new territory potential, customer lists, and develop action plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cultivate leads and sales: Engage customers in strategic regions to support Apollo brand awareness and achieve strong relationships with key decision makers. Able to make a volume of calls/emails per day to ensure existing and future clients are connected to Apollo.
Meets with key clients, assisting Regional Sales Managers and Chief Growth Officer with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Secure meetings with key customer decision makers and stakeholders to present Apollo and its products. Execute convincing presentations and demonstrations to educate the customer of Apollo’s key benefits and competitive advantages and secure customer selection of Apollo to meet their needs.
Actively networks within the industry. Develops professional relationships with key customers, business partners and related third parties to support professional responsibilities and company goals.
Work closely with the sales team on project development and implementation.
Represents company at trade association meetings, in conjunction with territory representatives, to promote product including creating and delivering compelling presentations.
Maintain existing brand standards and further develop company brand identity.
Provide direct customer support including maintenance training, use training, basic service and adjustments, etc. to assure immediate response to key customer support needs in the region.
Perform market analysis and research on competition, supply, customer, and industry.
Supports marketing and sales team in administrative tasks.
Educate the customer on the value of Apollo Spa and Skin Care and other consumable products to ensure that virtually all Apollo Bathing System Customers use Apollo consumables throughout their facilities.
Maintain awareness of HIPAA laws. Refuse to accept any customer patient names and associated private information.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience Working towards or completion of a bachelor’s degree in a Sales, Marketing, or Business major.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings/prints, purchase orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, suppliers or employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Presentations to small to mid-sized groups both via online platforms and in person. Comfortable cold calling, asking questions and determining future plans of action.
Negotiating contracts, pricing and other program solutions to meet customer needs while meeting Apollo needs.

This position works primarily in an office or remote setting. Travel, up to 40 percent of the time. The performance of this position occasionally requires exposure to the production areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
