The Countertop Biohazard Splash Guard helps contain biohazard splashes, reducing splash zone size and spreading of infectious materials. Returns and warranty on this guard
These terms apply to Apollo Shields splash guards. Other Apollo products have their own terms.
Returns. Return an unused guard in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. The 30 days run from the day we ship, not the day you receive. No restocking fee. Return shipping on a change of mind is paid by you.
Checking fit is fine. Mount the guard, confirm it sits flat on your rim, counter or bench, and take it off again. That is not putting it into service, and a guard that does not fit is still returnable.
Once a guard has been put into service it cannot be returned. It has been in a soiled utility room, a laboratory or another contaminated environment. We do not take those back and we do not resell returned units.
Warranty: one year from the ship date on the complete guard, panel and hardware alike, against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear, scratches and cosmetic marks, impact damage including a freestanding guard knocked from a counter, damage from solvent based or abrasive cleaners, modification, or loss after delivery.
Damaged in transit or wrong item. A shipment is our responsibility until it reaches you. Send a photograph and your order number and we will replace it at our cost.
Making a claim. A photograph of the issue and your order number is all we need. If it is covered we ship a replacement, and we do not ask you to return a guard that has been in service. Call 877-234-2284 or use the contact form on this site.
